Driven constraint

Is it possible to drive two constraints at once? I have a part that I want to record in an avi file both rotating & telescoping. If not possible to record both constraints moving at the same time can I at least record one moving then the other in the same avi file? Thanks in advanced.

Search the NG for Animator 2.5 it will allow you to
drive two or more constraints at the same time.

Animator is the easy way to do it (by the way it's
Sean AND Neil's program <g>)

 

I also have some tutorials on my site on how
to do it the hard way.  Look under Advanced Motion Part 1 and
2

I've not played with Sean and Neil's program, but
you can easily drive multiple constraints with plain Inventor.

 

It involves making one constraint use a parameter
of another: for example, your rotation is .7 x your mate offset...

 

Then you drive one constraint and lots of things
happen.

 

The constraint you drive could even be between two
hidden components.

to put something like this built into Inventor and you still haven't taken a
