drawing views do not display correctly

Hello,

Sometimes when a drawing is opened in Inventor, the complete design is not visible on the sheet. Only few lines appear on the view.

What could be the problem.

Thank You,

Rakesh

The first thing I think of is your computer's graphics system.  But you haven't given any information about your computer or the version of Inventor that you're using, so this is nothing but a guess.

I've been having this problem as well, all be it sporadically, where when working on an IDW file everything disappears on a zoomed normal, then sections come and go as I move around. Saving then closing gives the last window as described. However on reopening everything that was changed or added is there.

I also not that this has ONLY starred with my system AFTER SP2 and the latest hot-fixes were installed.

OS is Windows 7 with all SPs and updates as of this weeks releases withl graphics card drivers are uptodate as well.
