drawing sheet rotates when perspective is used

Every time I change from orthographic camera to perspective camera my drawing sheet rotates about 20 degrees counter clockwise.

This happens when:

- I have a .idw opened but I am working in a part or .asm and change from orthographic camera to perspective camera
When I return to the .idw the sheet is rotated.

- I insert a base view into the .idw, use the change view orientation button and press the perspective camera button.

Someone please give me a solution because this is driving me totally insane.

Try to save the idw and open it again.

It's not something in the idw I use it happens with all Inventor template drawings. Its something in Inventor because it doesn't happen on a other PC. The only solution would most likly be to re-install but I was wondering if anyone had the same problem or a easyer explanation.
