Drawing Recovery

Can anyone tell me if there is a auto-save feature in 5.3? I hate the
thought of a power outage in the middle of a model.

Nope, that's what the save button is for. Get used to hitting it often...
There is a VBA macro that autosaves but people have had issues with it..
