Drawing a sketch line tangental to circle

Any one know whether its possible to draw a line from any given point and snap tangental to a circle.

Snap points do seem to be available but only seem to cover intersection, midpoint and centre.

If you click and hold, and drag from the circle the line will stay tangent to the circle.

Alternatively - you can always add a tanget constraint after the fact.

It's not AutoCAD. Forget your snaps, draw it "wrong" and then "repair" it using constraints.
