Im trying to draw a basic version of something like the picture i have attached.
Like you see on a boarding bridge for a plane. I dont need any of the mechanisms or the exterior but is there a way to draw a canpoy like this that can retract and expand?
The one in this image in expanding downwards but i want to move mine left and right about 35 degree's each way.
Im trying to make it move like say the nexk on a straw. flexible but heavy duty!

This is exactly what I'm after thank you.
Where the image is moving in and out, is there a way to to make one side of the bellow move out and the other compress?

Probably.. Its all about how you dimension it to make it adaptive like that
Hi Phil,
Here is another example of flexible bellows around an arc.
You can use the slider to drive the angles.
Hope this helps

Sorry, heres the attachement
Oh man, was I having a dippy day on Friday.
I simplified the bellows in this version as I had a loft that wasn’t needed.
Hope it helps

I don't know why, but I cant attach the inventor file?
ok, lets try the old "Switch the computer off and on again"
Hi Mark.Downes,
What is the size of the IPT file? Are you able to attach it if you move the End Of Part marker up to the top of the tree and save it in that state so that the file size is smaller?
I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,
Curtis

Hi Curtis,
The file size was 524kb before I rolled up the End of Part Marker.
Let’s try again with the new smaller file size.
Never had any issues before, the only difference is I had 3ds Max Design 2014 installed last week
(If that might upset something maybe)
The “Reply” button also takes an age to respond on my computer, maybe our network traffic might be the root cause?
Cheers

Morning,
Ok, so i think i have a problem with our security settings using Internet Explorer because of some Cad PLM settings enforcing rules.
Maybe Firefox works?
