Downloading issues with Inventor 2015 Student version

My first download attempt, failed, got a communication failed error, tried to download again and then software wound't launch. I did a complete uninstall from the instuctions on this site and tried another download and now it says I already have the the first part and wants to install the last 4 sections, I cancelled that, and now need help figureing out what to do next. I have attached the screen print.

Please, delete all installation files you have downloaded so far, disable your firewall and anti-virus programs and download the software from our Virtual Agent linked here (click on Download Links, choose product and version).

If the error persists, please post your installation log on your next reply to this topic..
