Double Letters When SAVE copy as from IDW to autoCAD dwg

I have tried to change a bunch of settings, but this keeps happening.

 

I used the save copy as to save an inventor made drawing to an AutoCad .dwg format. then the letters in the title block look like below.  there are two layers of the letters the top one i can delete the bottom one I can not. 

 

ANY Ideas so that it saves clearly?
