Double Hem Corner

Ok, so I've worked out how to use an offset and a corner seem to mitre my hem corners, but the process breaks down when I attempt it on a double hem.  I'd rather avoid the contour flange method, has anyone come across another way of doing this?

Found it. Form each hem out of two single hems.  Form the larger out pieces first, and corner seam them, then do the same for the smaller inner hems :smileyvery-happy:

File attached for anyone interested.
