the standard version runs on a Mac, either Parrells or Bootcamp, but if you change from one to the other, it breaks the license. Download is around 8Gb total and will need about 20Gb to install

The only way that you will be able to work on Inventor on a iOS device is using Autodesk's "Remote" app and "Remote" software on the 32 or 64 machine that has Inventor installed. It's only a web-based interface for your iOS device. It still requires Inventor to be installed on a PC or MAC.
So for it to tun on Mac, which one should I download? The Win-32 or Win-64? I thought they only run on Windows? Where can I download te version for the Mac

Is your Mac 32-bit or is it 64-bit?
Do you have a Windows OS installed on your Mac?
Fusion 360 will run on Mac OS.
Separate the "Mac" hardware and "Mac" operating system in your mind. Inventor will run on Mac hardware only if you run a Windows operating system via Bootcamp or through an emulator. Some have had success with emulators but given the hardware requirements I'd still recommend running full Windows OS. I'd also highly recommend the 64-bit version.
I just installed a new Mac Pro for my home office. I used BootCamp to create a separate partition on the hard-drive and installed Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit). There are emulators out there but running a O/S with an emulator software on top to run a Windows based program adds to much overhead and slows the system down.
I guess the answer is yes in a way but not directly on the O/S.
