Does Inventor 7 handle projects better than 5.3?

Hi, I know that some of you have experience with Inventor 7
and would like to know if anyone knows if there is any drastic differences between handling of projects.

Nothing Drastic especially if you work alone. In R6 they added a simple
Checkin/Checkout ability. Libraries are read only now, so you either have
to set up a project with them as something other than library paths in order
to edit them. Also nested paths show as red.

I think that is the main things. I think a copy of the Project whitepaper
that gets shipped with R6 and R7 was posted to IVCF just yesterday or
Friday?
