Does anyone know how to flatten this crap out?

This company must have some idiot designing their work. Every time I get parts from them they are f****d up.

This part here is weird. I can't measure the radius for some reason. Maybe because it's twisted at certain ends. But it's 2 mm thick and the bends are just all over the place. I tried deleting face, with heal, on the bends and adding a fillet off 2 mm/4 mm but it didn't work.

Does anyone have a clue?

Thanks so much!

I think the reason that it wont flatten is b/c of the bends that are twisted.

I did not have any issues bringing in the stp file.   To fix the issue with the varying thickness.... copy faces and then thicknen.

I could not get it to flatten.  I think its b/c of the "twisted" bends.

That's ok. I'll manage somehow. I appreciate the effort. Thanks for the help.
