DISAPPEARING CONSTRAINT POINTS IN INVENTOR

The green balls that should appear when hovering over a constrianed point as stopped appearing.  Is there toggle or someother way to "turn" these back on?

Hi

 

As JDMather suggested, this is likely due to the Constraint Persistence setting. See Paul Munford's article on this subject at this link:
