Direct X Error after a clean install (successful with no errors)

In order to solve the problem, reinstall DirectX from the Inventor media. For Product design suite, for example, the path is:
C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_PRDSU_#_English_Win_64bit\3rdParty\DirectX and run the file DXSETUP.exe.
If that doesn't work, download the full version and reinstall it from Microsoft:

Also make sure you update your video card driver to the latest available driver from your manufacturer.
