Mike,

Currently the dimensions do not break when they cross one another.  Only when they cross over text.

You might want to place this in the Inventor IdeaStation

another thing scott

when i select the dimension with this problem and manually change the arrowhead from by style to oblique it correct the problem..

but if i go in the style editor and make any change, when i go back to the drawing the lines "re"trim themself

Mike,

I am still using 2012, but what I noticed is if I take a dimension and cross over another one the leaders or extention lines only break for text.  If I change the leader arrows to oblique the breaks go away, but come back if switched back to original.  It appears that breaking dimension lines for other dimension lines is still not in 2013.
