Dimensions disappear in broken views

Anyone else had problems trying to dimension broken views?
I have a series of broken views generated from a single section view. Between two of the these broken details any existing dimensions disappear and I am unable to add any new dimensions without them disappearing when placing.
However, when I delete the broken detail the existing dimensions reappear along with any of the other dimensions created.
Does anyone know the cause of this as this is really starting to do my nut in!!

TIA Pete Jennings

It is a bug. Look for "broken view" in
autodesk.inventor.support for more info.
