dimensioning error in idw

I am having trouble dimensioning a sheetmetal flat pattern in the idw. I
was previously able to dimension but now it is not behaving correctly. What
is happening is when I try to apply a general dimensoin to any line or
circle, the placement of the dimension is totally random and the feature
that I tried to dimension is not the dimension that is displayed. I have
some detail views of the pattern on other sheets and they dimension fine. I
also have been able to dimension the folded part on another sheet in the idw
without a problem. I have inserted another sheet and brought the flat
pattern in again and it dimensoined properly. I just can't get the current
drawing to dimension properly.

Think they mean CF (customer files). Search the group in the Subject line:
keyword *** (or Inventor FAQ) you'll find Inventor FAQ posted by Sean
that explains what it is and provides a link to it. It's where we post files
for others to look at.
