Differential Gear Box - do you recognize this part?

Someone sent me a differential gear box assembly for my students to experiment with in Dynamic Simulation.

It was part of a discussion on example files for students, but now I can't find the thread and don't recall who sent me these files.

In any case, we found a serious problem in one of the files.

Ring mount2.ipt Sketch11 there is an arc that centerpoint should be same as projected Origin Center Point, but it is not.

It is actually at the midpoint of a projected line that is very close to the origin, but not at the origin.

This was causing Joint creation problems in DS.

If you recognize this part, hollar back.

Well check out that Sketch11.

You can clearly see the offset if you create an axis through Extrusion11 and turn on the visibility of the Origin Center Point. (well actually not so clearly as it is barely visible - you have to zoom way in)

I'll let you know if we find anything else.

Thanks!

(Dang, you're quick!  I corrected and uploaded to my previous post in only a couple of minutes, and here you've already replied!)

Other than that, hows it going so far?
