Different Size Dimension in Style Editor 2014

Hi All

Is there a quick way make Multiple Different Size Dimension & Text Style in Style & Standards Editor?

. . Like a fast way to define New Style Standards for multiple sheet sizes in the same ipj Design Data folder?

Currently I am using ‘Replace’ and ‘Purge’ to substitute the Existing Standard ‘Label Text (ISO)’ for e.g., in my New Standard, for ‘My Custom Size 20mm Label Text (ISO)’. I want to do the same to make a ‘Size 3mm’ Style Standard in a similar manner.

My aim is not have to change the defaults manually each time I flick from Small to Large Sheet formats in the same idw.

Am I on the right track?

Is there a way to confirm that I am writing to the Style & Standards in my Working Folder, other than the ipj ‘Folder options’ setting? Or is ‘My’ Style Lib info written in the ipj and can’t be verified as such.

Thanks MatB

. . It seems the main functionality or hidden golden function of Styles,

comes from the 'Active Object Defaults' pulldown,

in the 'Objects Defaults' tab on the RHS in the S&S Editor,

that dictate what Default Settings are active

from the ones u made on the LHS Objects.

Excellent Inventor. . Thanks K2 Tech n Crew n 'retrievetech' for the vid
