different shell thicknesses

What are the steps to having different thickness in as part file.I tried the unique thickness but could bot get it to work

1. Revolution 1 - 5mm

2. Revolution 2 - 2mm

3. Extrusion 1 - 2mm

I try selecting different faces but no success

If it had worked - it would have to add the Fillets 3 and 4 that I added.
I am not sure you intended these - so if not, simply do the Shell feature before Fillets 1 and 2.
