diameter line, horizontal ending

hello,

how to brake diameter line into horizontal line at the end ?... there's no such option in editor style (I want to have 2 arrows for this diameter, not one as it is in editor options)

Can you sketch exactly what you want it to look like?  Then post an image?

You can always create a block and import that.
