Design Accelerator problem

Hi. When I want to insert an attach with the design accelerator, I can't. I've an error message 'A request sent to the content center has aborted. Verify that all the libraries are available in the content center file configuration or check the connections'. Do you know this message and how can I resolve this problem ?
