derivated part has a mass twice that sheet model

I've create a derivated part from a sheet model ipt  and the derivated part has mass twice than of shet original model.

Can anyone help me please?

Can you attach the parts here (make up example if your parts are proprietary).

Is the material the same?

Units the same?

Check your materials for each model/file. Chances are when you used the Derived, it used the "default" material setup for the template IPT file.
