Delete Unwanted Styles?

In creating our drawing template, I collected alot of unwanted styles and want to delete/clean this up. 

I only want to keep what's highlighted (see attached).

How do I do this? 

By the way, I found style editor and template creation quite tedious & convoluted.

I didn't look at your atachment because I don't want to screw around with a .doc file, but I belive this is the button you're looking for:

That seems logical but when you hit that button there is nothing in there.

If that is the case, it's likely because those styles are being used somewhere.

Open your styles and standards editor. RMB on each style you want rid of and click "replace".

Make sure to set an appropriate style to replace it with and check "purge replaced style".
