I Pack&Go'd an assembly with drawings to another directory. There is a idw of the assembly and separate idws of some parts. I opened the assembly idw in DA and changed the part number and file names for each ipt and iam. I used explorer to change names of all idws. I opened each idw in Inventor7. Inventor opened a window RESOLVE LINK. I clicked the file (with new name). Some of my idws have multiple ipts. Sometimes an ipt is replaced with the wrong ipt.
If an idw has PARTA and PARTB, the RESOLVE LINK may ask to resolved PARTA but not PARTB. The views of PARTB are now shown with PARTA. WHY? Is this a bug that I should report to AutoDesk?
