The way I do it is to have descriptive names for the project files so I know
where I'm coping the files to; I've seen that NewWorkgroup thingy once or
twice but I never copied any files to it, I copied them to the project I
wanted them to go to.
If you have standard parts with the same file name already in that directory
I would expect such an error. You may need to copy the Standard Part files
to a temp project, delete the existing files with the same name, then copy
the Standard Parts to the directory they go in.
