Hi everyone
I wanna create an dynamic simulation containing a cylindrical cam.I've tried 3d contact for the joint but I wanna use another beacause of its slowness...Can U help me ?

I'm not sure if this is the same issue, but I recall a similar issue. It turned out that the groove in the cam had interference with the follower. This penetration caused the 3D contact to run slowly.
If you create the groove geometry with the help of the export trace to sketch command in DS, the interference is much less likely to occur.
As JD already mentioned, we'll need to get a hold of the dataset to provide more help.
