Attach your assembly here.

It sounds like you might need to set a sub to Flexible, but without even a screen capture....

If you are using Windows 7 there is a tool under the accessories when you select the start button that is called the

Snipping tool.  tool.JPG

This will allow you to crop and capture screen shots to post here.

Translational or rotation?

Hi again, now I´ll show you the screen capture. Before I make the relationship with the right piece I can rotate the ball bearing into his holder, but when I insert the other piece I can´t rotate the ball bearing as before, and the other piece rotate in his axis but no with the ball bearing, please tell me if I´m not enough clear.assembly.png

This last part doesn't make sense.  This part should have 6 degrees of freedom (no constriants) before constraining to the bearing.

Attach your assembly here.

The other piece must rotate with the ball bearing, not only the other piece and the ball bearing fixed to holder. Do you want I attach the assembly file and his parts?

Thats the last part. The assembly have more pieces but only that three pieces give me problems.

What happened to your dimensions?

Where did they go?

How did you create sketches without dimensions?

A 12mm hole is the wrong size for a 12mm thread - there will not be any material for the fastener to attach.

Use the Hole feature to make tapped holes, not Extruded circles.

(see attached image)

Before moving to more advanced topics like assembly constraints - I recommend going through these

You assembly works as expected for me, but missing a lot of parts.

I assume you want to Mate workplane of Maza to Rodamiento, but the bearing is made as one part rather than as an assembly like a real bearing - so it is not going to work exaclty like a real bearing.

Edit Sketch5 as in image.

Right click and Show All Constraints.

What do you see?

It is better to make a simple sketch and feature and then pattern the feature rather than the sketch.

The dimension, once the sketch is ok, I did erase it. Now I could solve my problem, all the parts who must rotate together I defined as a sub assembly, then I place it into the ball bearing holder using the ball bearing axis, now works perfectly. Thank you very much for the help and forr quick answer.

Do not erase dimensions.

I have another problem, when I want animate the assembly in inventor studio the gears doesn't move, they have constraint of motion. The assembly is too big, I attached it to Skydrive in http://sdrv.ms/1faJeVz

Find the red End of Part marker in the browser.
(End of Folded on sheet metal parts EOF)
Drag the red EOP to the top of the browser hiding all features.

Save the file with the EOP in a rolled up state.

Right click on the file name and select Send to Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Attach the resulting *.zip file here.

I can see that End Part marker in the parts, but no in the Assembly, should I do that only in parts and attach the assembly file directly?
