Cut angle section out of circular hollow tube

I have a small section of hollow tube as an IV part which I need to cut to at one end to produce a tapered effect. Attached is a mark up of what I am trying to achieve with the hollow tube. Does anyone have a solution for this ? Thanks

Attach the ipt file here.

Unless I am missing something - it should be a simple Split, Extrude-Cut or Sculpt.

Sorry for the bad wording on my post, what I forgot to add was that I had attempted this using workplanes but found it a lot easier to simply create 2 sketchs with the desired taper angle on the tube end and split the solid. Thank you for the reply.

No workplanes are needed.

Simply a sketch with 2 connected lines to do the Split.
