I know that the material list you get inside of the frame generator comes from CC, but is there
a way to add other types of frame styles to the generator?
What I have is we need to create some Unistrut frames and this material is not in the frame generator
and I would like it to be for the functionality that this tool brings.
Appreciate your feedback.

Publish your own custom shape to the Content Center and then you should be able to use those shapes in the frame generator.
Hi Cadmanto,
Here are a couple of links. It looks like these are basically 2 versions of the same info, but I'm not sure which is the most complete so I've posted them both.

I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,

I was wondering if that was the case, but when I am in the frame generator and select the downarrow
under the family selection it does not allow for a browse to where our company published items are.
Which leads me to believe that these would have to be published to the out of the box CC structural location.
Hi Curtis,
It looks like the first link has a 2009 prerequisite and the second 2010, but non the less they both
look to be what I am looking for. I haven't tried them yet, but I will as soon as I get my member cross sections
in place.
Thank you for this. Awesome stuff.
Curtis,
This worked very well. I got the shapes into the CC and they are working in the frame generator.
I did have to tweak a bit to get the description and part number to show up properly in the BOM's
by changing up the code a bit, but it works great now.
Thanks for your help.
