Customized Command for Place Constraint Insert?

Sure would be nice if there was a way to bring up the Place Constraint function with Insert ready to go. C automatically opens the Place Contraint window but it is always set on Mate --- a customized one key for Insert. Steve Krause sk@dolby.com
