Customize user commands shows duplicate macro's that don't exist (anymore)

Hi all,

I've created some macro's and added them to my toolbar.

When I go to Customize user commands, I select macro from the dropdownlist.

But this list also contains macro's which don't exist anymore, and also some duplicate macro's..

This is very confusing to pick the right one, especially because of the following:

Sometimes the added user commands just disappear on a restart of Inventor.

Anyone have an idea what's causing this?
