Custom CC families not displaying the same in BOM

I've been going through and customizing CC parts to display per our company BOM/parts list standard. For some reason on a couple of different fittings only certain sizes of the same family display right.

Slip on fnalges for instance. I can insert several different sizes, but when I check the BOM...only the 10" refuses to display at all. Same with 90 degree elbows...no 10"...but 45 degree will show the 10".

I'm not sure if files are corrupt or what the heck is going on at this point.

Delete the existing file from disk and insert it again. It might be that only the local copy is wrong, and if a local copy exists Inventor uses that instead of generating a new one every time from CC.

Mass deleting is a bit of overkill. I should have mentioned the Refresh Standard Parts first (hope you've tried it).

Now when you open an assembly and you get the missing files dialog, open another inventor session and generate the missing file (use place from CC) and then go back to first session and select it (should be available now).

It felt wonderful though. Thanks for the tip...I'll try that next time instead of the firestorm.

I really stormed the customization last week and got a ton accomplished, a lot of thanks to the forum.

Only outstanding issue is the weird schedule selection going on for fittings.
