Custom Border Issues

I have attached our custom title block template that we use daily. My issue is that I am currently developing drawings and i cannot select anything on my drawing to balloon the different items unless the border is not inserted on the sheet. 

I am wondering is there is a problem with our custom border template but have no clue what it could be. Has someone run across this issue are know of anything I can do to fix it.

Welcome Derek,

Note to others: this is IV 2014.

Can you also post a file that has some parts in it for ballooning so people can see what is happening?  Maybe just a small assembly with 2 parts in it.  If so, remember to do a pack n go so you get the whole thing including the part files.

Mentioning the version you use is always a good idea since people in this forum are using so many different versions, you're more likely to get help from the righ people.  Good luck.

I was able to open your drawing.. insert the border.. place an iam file base view and balloon without any issues.

I was also able to open the template insert a border and create views and balloon them with a single balloon as well as auto balloon. Taking it one step further I created a new sheet left it blank and was again able to insert and balloon a assembly. 

Have you tried a different file to see that it is not assembly file specific?
