Is there a way to find the cubic feet area of a loft feature?

1. Make sure you have only the loft in the part. You might have to delete, suppress other unneeded features or create just the loft in a part.
2. Tools, Document Settings, Units tab. Set Length to foot from the dropdown. Click OK
3. File iProperties, Physical
4. Update if need be
5. Volume
