Creating Add-Ins using VB .Net

Does anyone know the procedure for creating add-ins to inventor using VB in Microsoft's Visual Studio .Net framework? Since Microsoft has eliminated the capability of creating Dll's in this new framework, the procedure seems drastically different. Help...
