Create Mesh Inside Cylinder

Hello,

I'm having difficulty trying to create what could be described as a diamond pattern inside a cylinder. Does anyone have any idea how to achieve this.

Please see picture for an idea of the pattern.

Hi SK83, 

You can use a color style with a transparent property to do this. Here's a link with some more information. Note that Inventor installs with some of these styles (Expanded Metal 01 thru 04).

Your part should look similar to the one on the attached image after you do what Curtis has suggested.
