Covert to DWF

Hi,

Is anyone know why when I convert the presentation board from inventor to DWF. When I open the file from DWF, there is many line which on the presentation board. Please see the file from the attachment.

Open Inventor - Go to Help > About Inventor .....It's displayed there....

We need the version and Service pack of Inventor that created the DWF

Updates are located here:

There is also a Service Pack 1 for Design Review 2007 and 2008

Hi,

Before I upgrade, I am trying to find out the inventor information but the display is shown that my service pack is 0. On these, what should I do, I could not upgrade, when I download and install it. It tell me that cannot upgrade.

Did you download the correct service packs for you version of inventor?

You still have not indicated to us what your version is....

Version 11 Series, pro, Routed Systems, Stress & Dynamic Simulation or DWF
Extension?

You need to download and install the proper Service Pack 1, then 2 for your
version.

You may need the DVD in your DVD drive before install. Just cancel out of
the DVD install screen when it appears.

You need to have local administrative rights before installing.

You need to turn off all Antivirus services before install. Do not jhave any
applications running.

Have you contacted your local reseller for help?

I know, the company should demand for this software but they don't so I have to solve out the problem by myself.
