Could a larger Monitor make IV Unstable?

I recently upgraded from a Dell 20" FP to a Dell 24" FP. IV is now
unstable, crashes often on the simplests tasks (like saving). Running
another application is not possible. How could this happen with a monitor
change?

IV2008 SP0
AMD Opteron 2.2 Ghz
FX2000
2 gig ram

I didn't realize Export Viewable Files was C Bliss's utility.......

I guess I had installed it on R11 but it transfers over to 2008...Never put
the two together...thanks
