Copy constraints?

I know you can copy and paste parts from one assembly to another, but (isn't
there always a but), when you copy more than one part to a new assembly , is
it possible to copy the assembly constraints that the original parts have,
over to the new assembly?
I know the original parts can be saved as a sub assembly, but this isn't
always convenient.

Thanks.

Wayne.

I don't see serious hurdle to make it work for autodesk as long as the constraints are within the copied parts. ----well, easy to say.
