Converting Blended Surfaces To Solids??

I have been haveing issues with converting blended surfaces into a solid object. If you follow this link to one of my other discussions it will explain the problem I have been having http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-2011/Converting-Blended-Surfaces-To-Solids/td-p/2919524 . I really hope there is a simple answer to this question. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I attached the file. I am trying to just fill it in as solid or to offset/thicken the walls to the inside 1/8th inch. Thanks for your help.

You have gaps in your surfaces after import into Inventor 2011. See attached.

Unzip attached.
In AutoCAD issue the acisin command.

I have stitched all the surfaces easy enough, but now I cannot figure out how to ge the file back into AutoCAD?

Oops, I thought I attached the *.sat file.

Did you actually get a solid - I had to stitch it in a specific order and actually "improved" a couple of your surfaces that I didn't think looked too good.

If you followed the link a referenced earlier you should have seen that you can get it back to AutoCAD by either
1. Save Copy As type ACIS (*.sat) and issue the acisin command in AutoCAD or
2. Environments>AEC Exchange>Save as DWG Solids (the easy way).

Yes you had attached it. I did notice a few modifications to the solid. I just did not understand how to use the acisin command to import it back to AutoCAD. I am going to try again later today when I am back at my computer.
