Converting a sketch in an ipt file to a PDF or dwg

Whenever I try to convert the sketch to a dwg file, Inventor starts lagging and eventually crashes. Can you guys help me out?

Not sure what process you have taken, but Save Copy As > AutoCAD DWG worked first time for me (copy attached).  To create that as a PDF, I'd just plot it from AutoCAD.

That must have taken a while to draw in Inventor... and there's still 2374 under-constrained items.  Depending on what it's for, you could probably have done it with a couple of patterns, then trimmed the corners off and added a border.

I was right clicking the sketch on lefthand side and hitting "export to". Haha thanks for your help, I should have tried that earlier....

I did use a pattern to create the 120 fingers that go horizontally, but I trimmed the corners individually. How would you have done it?
