Controlling Text size of view labels

How do I control the size of the view labels? Is there a setting in
"standards" or "Text Style" that will control the size and text style of the
label?

I can do it now by RMB the view and chosing "Edit View Label", but I want to
change my standard so it will always be the same.

No wonder I couldn't find it. Maybe this will be a new feature in the
Professional Series.
