Contour Roll to Flat Pattern Problem

Dear All,

A rather simple sheetmetal part won't result in a flat pattern. Pls. see attached screendumps.

The problem starts with the contour roll. Surpressing this contour roll feature (and dependent featured flange) results in a OK flat pattern.

I'm no sheetmetal expert, so don't know wich way to go.
Could post ipt-file if needed.

Inventor will not flatten that part.
The contoured roll area would be a deep-drawn deformation of material.
