Contour flange isn't created

I made this sheet metal part, selected the arc sketch and the perpendicular edge like in the picture, but the contour flange isn't created

I'm not sure exactly what you're expecting there.
How do you plan to manufacture this?
Do you expect the new face to be bent from the arc edge or the straight edge?

It is to be bent from the vertical straight edge.

It is to continue from the vertical straight edge and bend along the radius at the bottom.

Check where I have placed the sketch - That's a way to do it

Didn't think about that.

First of all, I created a sketch on top of the flange. Then I use project geometry on the corner, and made sure that the projected geometry from the round corner and the flange was connected properly. Then I used contour flange, and it worked.

I succeded but the problem was that the sketch had a sharp edge. probably only smooth curves are allowed

Are you going to step brake it?
As a fabricator (not knowing the design intent or your shops capabilities), I would recommend making it a separate part, rolling it, and then welding it to the other press braked part.
