This isn't true.
The database of Content Center is the same for both versions.
Run the installer again and configure the Content Libraries, maybe you doesnt select all of them when installing inventor.

Or check your Filters and settings in the Projects file. Open Projects Editor within Inventor, it's the small icon lower RH corner and see if you have selected the CC libraries.
