Hi.
I've have a problem with Content Center migration from 2013 to 2014.
I'm using Vault Server.
When I go to project > Configure Libraries, the Update Tool button is grayed out:
I think all setting are OK
What am I doing wrong?
Best regards,
Ragnar
It doesn't look like you have any libraries installed. In your first image I see only one library name, and it is "unavailable". Which usually means the library file it is looking for is not installed. On the server side, open the ADMS console, and look at Libraries... what do you see?

I figured it out, had to do it from the servers side. (Different from before)
Then I was able to use the update tool from Inventor.
Best regards,
Ragnar

Can you tell us what you did? 🙂
We have the same situation (with a new server).
Hi,
Did you see my image above from the ADMS console? Do you have any libraries loaded in ths screen on your server? If not, you need to find (or install) the library database files on oyur server. Then on the screen above, right click and select Attach Library. Then navigate to the location where they are stored and select one. You will have to repeat until all libraries that you want available in Content Center are installed. Then go back to your project in Inventor, and they should all be there now. This is also where you would create a custom Read/Write library for your own content.

The libraries are there on the new server (autodesk) in ADMS.
But I don't have any option called "Attach Library".
In the project file all libraries are "Not Available" and therefor its not possible to use the "Update Tool".
Attach option is at the top level, right clicking on "Libraries", not the individual items.
Those libraries that are loaded are 2013 libraries,... is this ADMS also 2013 or have you upgraded to either 2014 or 2015?

ADMS was 2015 but the libraries was 2013.
Solution was to RMB & Copy it to 2015 version.
Thank you for your help!
You're welcome, that was going to be my next suggestion. Glad you got it working!
