Hi,
I have an IDW with a large assembly on it and the parts list and balloons where in STRUCTURED options. The large assembly was composed of sub-assemblies where there were bolts (content center) inside.
Question: How can I instantly show the bolts (content center) up in the IDW?
The subassembly that has the bolts in it, are you looking for all of the components of that subassembly to show up or just the bolts?
If it is just the bolts, the easier method would be to slide the bolts to the upper level assembly and they will automatically show up in the BOM.
If you are ok with all of the components showing up I can show you how you need to setup your parts list to accomplish this.
If you do just want the bolts, then it is what I said ealier.
Hope this makes sense.

The bolts were intended to be assembled in every sub assemblies thus promoting them is not possible. Also, I don't want that the bolts are shown in the parts list. I only need to find way on how I can instantly reveal of what bolt I'm pointing at in the IDW of my main assembly. Would that be possible?
I don't exactly understand what you mean by the statement I made Bold. Have you looked into iassemblies to control which parts you want showing up in your upper level assembly? Might be an option. The other thought I have is in the subassemblies under the Document Options (I think it's this one) under the BOM tab there is an option to make this assembly "Phantom" this will show the components of this sub assembly in the upper level and not the subassembly in the parts list. Then if there are components you don't want shown, edit the parts list and turn off the visibility of that item in the parts list edit dialog window. This is a clean way to get a BOM looking the way you want.
Hope this helps.
