 Is it possible to constrain sketch entities, (like lines), to a plane, (make the line and plane coincident)?

If so, how?

Welcome to the forum.

In your model sketch, select the plane and select the project geometry command.

Then select the plane.  Holding down the Ctrl key, select your sketched line entity and the projected geometry from the plane and select the colinear contraint.
