Hi,
For some reason I can't see all the constraints in a sketch when I push F8.
I have 2 slot holes which I align horizontal with the middle point, but when I push F8 I don't see that horizontal constraint.
However, if I select the slot hole completely, I do see the horizontal constraint.... (see attachment).
Probably a bug, but an anoying one... Or is there something I can do to see all the constraints?
Dominiek
Don't have that issue, Do you want to share you sketch to try it our?
Dominiek,
Does this fail for all of your users?
What version of Inventor are you using?
Does it fail with all files or just some?
Thank you.
Different users have tries on different computers, with different files.
We all have Factory Design Suite Ultimate 2015, Windows 7 64bit.
dominiek,
Can you please provide me with an example that is failing for me to test.
Thank you.
Hi Bob,
I can't give you the file as there are some company specific things in it.
Also that wouldn't change anything, as multiple users here have the same problem, and also with new files, so it's not file specific.

.....
Can you make up a dummy file that does not contain any proprietary information but exhibits the behavior on your machine and attach it here?
The CADWhisperer YouTube Channel
I created a new part (see attachment).
Do you have the same problem: I can't see the horizontal alignment between the centers of the 2 slotholes untill I select those centers.

FWIW.. I don't either.
dominiek,
Thank you for supplying me with a test file.
I have been able to replicate this issue and will be sending it to our development staff.
It seems that Inventor thinks that it is already visible.
If you Hide All Constraints (F9) and then Show All Constraints (F8) they show up.
Thank you again for helping us make Inventor the best product available.
